The combined company is expected to be renamed Cibus, Inc. and remain listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the proposed ticker symbol CBUS.
The Registration Statement contains a preliminary proxy statement / prospectus in connection with the previously announced merger of Calyxt and Cibus.
